De Schans 15 complex is centrally located between major cities in the Netherlands: Amsterdam, Utrecht, Rotterdam and The Hague, with a great access to A4 and A12 highways. Zeeman chain stores, with its headquarter and logistic distribution center, has been located in De Schans 15 since 1980. The whole complex was refurbished, modernized and improved in 2016. De Schans 15 which is fully leased to Zeeman, Dutch chain store with 1,300 establishments in the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, France, Luxemburg, Austria and Spain, and consists of 5,000 m² of office space and 41,000 m² of distribution center with 59 docks. After the refurbishment and modernization in 2016, the business premises gained a new parking garage and solar panels on its roof which makes it even more sustainable.
